Houdini-Proof Fence Extender for Dogs

I have a heeler cross that has found a way over wood fence, chain link, anything and everything she can and will climb. It has led to her having to be on a cable anytime she is left alone in the backyard, and she still has tried to climb while tied up and gotten herself into bad situations. After almost two years of trying different setups and covering corners, coyote rollers, e collars, this fence setup has made it so she can be safe in her yard and I can finally have peace of mind that she can’t get herself hurt or in trouble. Wonderful product!

This is our second fence line we have dog-proofed with Dog-Proofer. Our first prevented our dogs from following the deer into the street. This second fence line will keep the dogs from accessing the open space and, as an added bonus, keep the deer in it. Every creature is safer - win/win!

I got the 100ft kit for my tentants. The dog probably only weighs 30 to 35lbs but will climb the fence when he sees a squirrel. It’s only a 4ft fence, but he may still climb it even if it was taller. But with these installed it bumps him right back down as soon as he reaches the angled extensions. The installation didn’t look perfect, but we didn’t measure out and space the brackets equally and I also went with the welded wire in case there’s ever a dog at that property that chews. So a heavier material and not as easy to stretch, but still works perfectly even with a little sagging. Now the customer service was just amazing. I talked to a real person in the united state that is very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to get on the phone, and my order came in 2 days. I would definitely recommend them over anything you get on Amazon or Temu or anything like that. You get a quality product that does what it is supposed to do and a customer service team that will make your purchase and delivery as painless as possible.

The wide gap barrier fence arrived promptly and is well made. My adult son installed it with no problem. My only suggestions are 12” ties that will go around larger poles and when connecting two 50’ft pieces —the ends should be made (finished) straight instead of folding and bending to interlock.

We are renting a house near a busy road with two hounds. We wanted a sturdy, reasonably priced, and not-too-permanent fence, and found Dog Proofer. After reading reviews, we knew there would be some work involved and that was absolutely the case. It took five of us 5 hours to install 150' with a gate on somewhat rocky and (in laces) uneven terrain. While it was hard work, the directions were straight forward and easy to follow. We are very happy with the results, which were fully tested with the first "run" into the yard. One of the dogs was so enthusiastic, she ran into it at full speed! There is a visible "bump out" where she made impact, but no give at all to the structure and she hasn't tried that again. It was worth the work and has given us a great sense of relief to be able to let them in and out when needed. We also had very good support from customer service. We ordered the premium installation kit and the hog ringer did not work. They responded quickly to our concern.
