Product is fit for purpose, brackets very sturdy and mesh is tough. Instructions very clear and easy to follow.

All items arrived in two boxes and were well packaged. Everything was in easily identifiable plastic bags which helped in assembly.
The Houdini fence works as promised. I have an exuberant 1 year old Newfoundland dog who learned that if he jumps up and down a few times, using the top rail of the fence for leverage, he can sail right over the fence. The Houdini fence works like a charm to now keep him contained. He still stands on his hind legs with front paws on the top rail, when something of interest passes by, but makes no effort to jump or try to get over or through the Houdini fence extension.
Can’t thank you enough for this excellent product. Hope it brings me years of peace of mind and safety for my dog.

We ordered the entire Houdini-Proof fence extension system and we are SO happy we did! After spending a significant amount of money on a beautiful split rail (w/chicken wire) fence, our Treeing Walker/Blue Tick mix promptly climbed over it. Repeatedly. Constantly. We live on water and she loves to swim. I found the Dog Proofer Houdini-Proof Curved Arm kit online and watched the videos and read all the reviews. I figured it was worth a try. We also loved that it’s a Michigan based company. It came quickly and was super easy to install. Super easy! Our dog sat in the yard and gave us a look of defeat while we installed it. She knew she was out of luck. It disappears - it’s not noticeable from the deck or from our beach. It doesn’t even show up in photos. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend this company and product. We fondly call our yard “Alcatraz”.

Leo is our standard poodle (daddy long legs) and was able to jump our brand new fence in less than a month. The dog proofer system worked like a charm. We tried a few things and within a few days Leo would figure out a way to jump over again. This was the only thing that worked. Easy install and great customer service.

We purchased the dog proofed system for our 1800 foot fence around our property. Ordering was a breeze and the sales rep helped us find exactly what we needed. Order arrived within a week which was much sooner than expected and a welcome surprise. Installation instructions were clear, and it was easy for us to install ourselves. I was concerned about how it would look aesthetically, and along the tree lines it is almost invisible! Overall very very pleased with the system, and we haven’t had a dog jump it yet!!!!

We have an active 85 pound, 2 year old Cane Corso who suffers from a combination of separation anxiety, stubbornness, intelligence and extreme athleticism. Up until now, she has managed to escape the fenced area we leave her in when we occasionally go into town. We started with a 5 foot high wooden fence which she took one look at and went out over the corner. So, we added 18 inches of wood extension to make it 78 inches high. We were able to go into town twice before she figured out how to get out. Again, over the top (this time it was over the gate). The funny thing is that she will scale that fence, but stay in inside the 48 inch field fence to wait for our return. I think she just wants to prove a point.

We were nearly at wits end. My wife looked on the internet for advice and lo and behold, Dogproofer popped up. The many good reviews swayed us to take the plunge. So far, we couldn’t be happier. She has failed to escape on three occasions leaving only a few scratches on the fencing and some muddy paw prints on the uprights and no damages to herself, other than wounded pride.

The installation went well and all the packages were packed very well with no scratches or missing parts. As an example of the quality of their system, The lower arms all have a threaded place to receive a set screw and they were all milled perfectly, no cross threading. Everything fit perfectly.

We are very happy customers and would highly recommend them!

Although the fence is expensive, it was worth the money spent. The dog has tried to go over the chain link fence, but of course cannot because of the dog proofer fence. Yay!
